We accept Visa and Master Charge credit cards at Fashion Fusion LLC. If you choose to send a check, the merchandise will ship when the check is cleared. You can feel comfortable and secure ordering online. We can also take phone orders at 314-304-1620.

Shipping and Handling Charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of the order before deductions are taken. We do this flat rate because your product is very important to us. The shipping of your product requires safe packaging, is insured by UPS, and we work with a local office that tracks and works extremely well with us to ensure us that you get the package as quickly as possible.

Local Delivery Charges are $0.45 per mile to bring to your home or to a meeting place.
International Orders are calculated per U.S. Outbound International Express and according to the country's requirements for customs and other regulations specific to the country. The decision to ship other than US is decided on an individual basis with mutual consent of both parties.
Return Exchange Policy
For your protection, all returned items must be insured for the full amount of the items. We do not have responsibility for merchandise during the return process. Refunds include all shipping costs when merchandise is defective. All non jewelry items can be returned within 20 business days of our shipping date with tags attached.
Non custom jewelry will be replaced under the vendor's warranty which varies with vendors.
The workmanship of custom jewelers is warranted under “care in use” and “care in storing” conditions.
All adjustments etc. will be resolved to your satisfaction.
